One of the best things I was told was that, I'm in control.

No matter the situation. I. am. in. control. Not just of my actions but of my thoughts, feelings and desires. Once we truly put things into perspective we can start to consciously choose our emotions. I truly do believe its a choice, a choice to feel a certain way, if a negative thought dares enter our minds we have the control to eradicate it. Am I right?

If we desire a certain thing then we must push beyond it. Think of that thing you really wanted that one time, and you made your way toward it right?

So think the opposite when the negative occurs, push away from it.
