I love train rides, they give you the best time just to sit and reflect while you pass by the greenness. I always love to sit and just do nothing, especially on shorter train journeys (up to an hour) I advise everyone just to refocus when it comes to journeys, just think about what is, what has been, what needs improving and your overall goals you wish to achieve. Reflection is pinnacle to growth and train journeys are possibly the best time to reflect. Use this time to rejuvenate yourself and to be ready for your destination. and always keep a journal close by, some of my best ideas have come while I've been travelling. Also, don't miss your stop.
