To me self-improvement is key to life, by constantly improving ourselves day in day out to become the best people we can be. Whether in work or out, self-improvement is something I'm very conscious of and try and always find new ways to improve myself. One thing which has always led me to improve myself has been TED Talks, since my university days TED Talks have always been a great thing to just have on in the background while I work on soft tasks, they're a great way to learn things and almost always leave an impact.
